A There are many design styles available ranging from an ultra-modern look, to the more traditional. Whether it’s French provincial or a beach house, a villa or an apartment, we help you create a great look to fit your lifestyle and taste. This is where our knowledge and expertise come into play. We will advise you on the best style and also the most practical window treatments, upholstery, soft furnishings and bedding for your home.

Q How much does a design solution cost?

A We provide you with a free, no obligation quote so that we can fully assess your interior design requirements. Once we have discussed your needs, we put together a design concept to fit your budget, lifestyle and taste.

Q What are your payment terms and conditions?

A We require a 50% deposit on acceptance of our quote. The balance is payable in full on completion.

Q How long will it take to have curtains, upholstery, bedding etc made and installed?

A We work within a time frame of four weeks subject to product availability.

Q What linings do you recommend for window treatments?

A We only use the best quality linings. When we consult with you we will advise you on the most appropriate lining for your curtains, whether it be polyester/cotton lining, blackout lining, thermal lining or interlinings for extra warmth, noise reduction, or extra fabric protection.

Q Do you decorate children’s and teenagers' rooms?

A Yes! We always have fun designing rooms for children and young adults. We have access to some delightful and different fabrics to decorate your child’s room and can also help you if you have a particular theme in mind.

Q What is the average life of a set of curtains or blinds and how do I look after them?

A If they are well looked after the average life is 8 – 10 years. See our care tips for further details.

Q What curtain accessories do you have?

A We have everything, including: holdbacks, tassel holdbacks, braids, trims, curtain wands, rods, finials, tracks and more.
